its a character i drew up a couple of years ago and edited this year in photoshop. It was for a comic book me and some buddies where going to put out together. my story was called E-lectroniks, it was like a futurist story etc. etc. long story. but the character in that sketch is named circle. you can see a better copy of her on my myspace page at myspace.com/myemcartpage.
